Cast of Characters

In addition to myself, there are a few regulars that you'll become familiar with as you read my blog:

The Partner: My husband, BS. My best friend. He's the carrots to my peas and the beer to my pizza. He's an avid triathlete, a fellow gardener, and general putter-upper with my antics.

The Steady: Leia, a.k.a. 'The Kitty'. She's been with me for enough years that I care not to remember life without her. She runs the joint and we all know it.

The Comedian: Penny- my baby girl. This big red dog will do anything for a laugh, and she knows her audience well. She's not the kind of dog that gives her love to everyone, but those that do have the joy of knowing how deeply it runs.

The Oddball: Levi- my strange little man. Part Cocker Spaniel, part Chow Chow, 100% crazy. He is equally steadfast in his protection of our perimeter, his quest for fresh squirrel, and his desire for copious amounts of love and affection.
